1. General Commercial Agreement
By browsing, creating an account, placing an order, or submitting an RFQ on SafeCore (operated in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. All prices on the store are stated in Jordanian Dinars (JOD).
2. Supplier Verification & Order Confirmation
To uphold accurate fulfillment and avoid backorders, all submitted orders undergo immediate internal stock and supplier batch verification. In rare instances where an item or specific size has experienced unexpected warehouse depletion, our team will contact the customer within 2 business hours before dispatching the balance or offering a direct equivalent.
3. Safety Ratings & User Responsibility
SafeCore warrants that all products meet the certified European Norm (EN) or ANSI specifications expressly indicated on the product datasheet. However, the employer, contractor, or site safety supervisor bears sole responsibility for conducting workplace risk assessments and selecting PPE suitable for the specific hazards present on their job site.
4. Payment & Cash on Delivery (COD)
For Cash on Delivery orders, full payment in Jordanian Dinars (JOD) is due upon receipt. Customers are granted the right to inspect outer packaging and verify items in the presence of the courier. Deliberate non-acceptance of verified, undamaged orders without valid justification may result in restriction of COD privileges for future orders.
5. Applicable Law
These terms and all commercial transactions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and commercial regulations of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
