How fast is delivery to Amman and other governorates?

Orders placed before 2:00 PM for verified in-stock items are delivered next business day within Amman (flat 3.00 JOD fee). For Zarqa, Irbid, Balqa, and Madaba, delivery typically takes 1 to 2 business days (3.50 - 4.00 JOD). For Southern governorates including Karak, Tafilah, Ma'an, and Aqaba, delivery takes 2 to 3 business days (4.50 - 5.00 JOD). Orders over 50.00 JOD qualify for FREE delivery across all 12 governorates!
Can I inspect my safety boots or gloves before paying the courier?

Yes! We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across all Jordanian governorates. You are welcome to open the outer package and verify model, sizing, and physical condition before handing payment to the delivery representative.

Yes. All corporate procurement and bulk orders include an official, stamped Jordanian Sales Tax invoice containing our Commercial Registration and National Tax Number, compliant with Income and Sales Tax Department (ISTD) requirements.

Are your safety ratings verified?

Yes. We do not invent safety claims or fake certifications. All safety boots comply with EN ISO 20345 (such as S3, S1P), helmets with EN 397, gloves with EN 388 / EN 407, and eyewear with ANSI Z87.1 / EN 166. Technical data sheets (TDS) are available upon request for site safety inspections.
What if the safety boot or jacket size does not fit?

We provide a hassle-free 3-day size exchange guarantee. As long as the item has not been worn on a job site, has original tags attached, and is in its original box, we will exchange it for your preferred size. Courier exchange fees are 3.00 JOD in Amman.
